At The Homestead Assisted Living, there’s no greater compliment than referring a friend or loved one to our community. We are proud to offer a Resident Referral Program as a thank you to our current residents and families for sharing their experience with others.
How It Works
When a current resident refers a new resident to The Homestead and that individual moves in, the referring resident will receive:
$300 OFF Following Month’s Rent
The referral credit will be applied 30 days after the new resident officially moves into our community.
Referral Guidelines

Referral must be submitted before or during the prospective resident’s initial tour.

The new resident must successfully move into The Homestead.

Referral credit will be applied after 30 days of residency.

One referral credit per new resident move-in.
